Echo Creek Farm:
A small family farm on fourteen acres run by Mike and Jennifer Palulis. Located in beautiful Salem, NY on Quarry Ridge. We grow a variety of vegetables and fruits using organic methods. We strive to produce the healthiest crops for you and your family — that also happen to be the freshest and best-tasting you can find.

Family owned and operated Apple Orchard with homemade and local produced products.
Mariaville Mushroom Men:
A family owned and operated business, started by Bobby and Allie Chandler as an extension of Bobby’s parents farm, Mariaville Farm. We specialize in the highest quality log grown gourmet mushrooms. Our current selection includes Shiitakes, Oysters and Lions Manes with many new mushrooms on the horizon. Our primary goal is to provide the freshest products possible while educating people about the medicinal marvels of mushrooms.
Family owned and operated. The Darrows have been growing apples for 5 generations. They grow their apples with great care, using low-spray techniques and micronutrient fertilization.
Juniper Hill Farm is nestled between the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain, on the mighty Boquet River in Wadhams! New York.
Established in 2007, we grew on three acres of fertile land; now, for our fourth CSA season, we cultivate over twenty acres. We’ve added more greenhouses as an effort to bring to market an earlier and higher quality variety of products.
Stonebridge Hydroponic Farm:
Stone Bridge Farm is a horse farm with two state of the art hydroponic greenhouses on it. We grow green kale, swiss chard, mustard greens, romaine, and butterhead lettuce. Fresh, clean, and healthy produce all year long for the Saratoga Springs region.
Haven Hill Farm:
Haven Hill Farm is a place where we raise animals with gentle love and care. Our small herd of alpacas is now 13 strong and every year we shear them for their wonderful fiber which we have spun into skeins that we sell in our farm store and at the local Farmers’ Market. We also use our own alpaca fiber to create hand-felted scarves and other items that reflect the strength, diversity, and warmth of alpaca fiber.
Denison Farm is fully committed to organic agriculture. We follow the national organic standards and are certified by “Certified Naturally Grown”. Our Schaghticoke, NY farm is 164 acres of rich bottomland, wooded ridges, pasture/hayfields, marsh, and streams. The farm has a 21-year history of organic management and CSA marketing started by our much-loved predecessor, Janet Britt.

Fin – your fishmonger
Fin – your fishmonger offers premium Grade A sustainable seafood, fresh from the Boston Pier. Using the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and other scientifically and environmentally reputable sources as sustainability and responsibility guides, Fin – your fishmonger brings the highest quality seafood to the region. The local owners, Pete Kenyon and Dora Swan, who raised their families in Niskayuna and Ballston Spa, welcome your questions about sustainability and sourcing. Among other accolades, the business was recently awarded “Best Place to Make a Detour To” by the members of the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce. The retail shop, filled with artisanal products from other small local mom-and-pop shops, is located in Star Plaza, 2050 Western Ave., Guilderland.
Frantzen’s Scenic Acres Farms
A family-operated farm. The farm was purchased by Dale’s parents, Frank and Alta (Saddlemire) Frantzen, in the mid-1940s as a working dairy farm with 135 acres. The farm is located in the rural and scenic Albany county town of Knox, NY. Today, Dale and Cheryl along with their children, Sarah and Adam, use the farm to raise chicken, turkey, duck, goose, Silver Fox rabbit and Scottish Highland beef, as well as free-range eggs and seasonal vegetables.
Owned and operated by the Chandler Family (Bob, Chris, John, Billy, Bobby and Allie). Our Farm is located in Schenectady County. All the animals are pasture raised and have free choice of forage. We never use antibiotics or hormones. Beef, pork, lamb and goat are processed in a USDA facility, Double L Ranch.
Caroline and Josh raise chickens and pigs on pasture in Hebron, NY. They believe that animals should live naturally, with room to exercise and explore.

Cheese & Dairy
John and Stacey Batchelder, along with their two children, milk a small heard of Holstein cows. After both of their families were two generations away from farming, John and Stacey wanted to bring their kids back to their roots. What started out as a two-cow farm has turned into a year-round licensed raw milk and cheese making operation.

Beer, Wine & Spirits
Chatham Brewing is the brainchild of two beer lovers: Jake and Tom. We were tired of the generic taste of mass-market beers. So we decided to brew our own. At least once a week. Except when we’re on a fishing trip.
Our brewery in Chatham, NY. You will find us at the end of the alley between 20 and 22 Main Street. Stop by the brewery any Saturday from 11am until 5pm to for a taste (or two). We’ll even sell you a growler or a keg to take home.
Oliva Vineyards combines the owners’ passion for wine with their love of horse racing, especially at Saratoga Race Course.
